Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Used or damaged products (unless received defective) cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:
- Makeup products
- Skin care products
- Personal care items
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
